Are you really motivated in the beginning? You start to see results, but then eventually you just lose the motivation to continue because you don’t have the support or any accountability. So, you go back to the old habits and you’re back to where you started from or even further behind.
You find that each new program you try is just too hard to follow, takes too much time, or leaves you feeling hungry and stressed. You feel like a failure once again for not being able to stick with it and get the results that other people claim to get.
You want to set a good example for your kids, but it’s just so hard to be consistent.
You want to run around and play with your kids, but you just don’t have the energy and your body doesn’t feel up to it.
It’s hard to stay consistent when you feel like life is working against you. You want to feel comfortable in your body and clothes again and look good, but you struggle to control your cravings with everyone else eating the things you’ve been trying to avoid.
Your emotions take over and you eat to cope with your feelings. You have a stressful day at work and the kids are fighting when you get home, you reach for the carton of ice cream or the package of cookies that you tried to hide from yourself to deal with the overwhelm.
But, this is not how I want to live my life. I don’t want to feel rundown, uncomfortable, and constantly looking for the thing that will make the difference.

It is possible to shed the extra mental weight that you’ve been carrying around for too long.
It is possible to implement simple daily strategies and change your habits for the long run and the better.
It is possible to feel and look good in your clothes again, or maybe even in those cute clothes that have been sitting in your closet waiting to be worn.
It is possible to like what you see when you look in the mirror and not want to hide from the camera.
You can feel strong, energized, and confident enough to do the things you want to do.
You can be a great role model for your kids and set them up for success to live a healthy lifestyle when they are adults and not feel stuck and looking for answers later on in life.
