You are in tune with your body most of the time. You listen to what your body needs and treat it with kindness and compassion. You don’t obsess over food choices and how your body looks. Instead, you choose to nourish yourself with the foods that your body is needing and you know that your body is not out to get you. Being able to stay tuned into your body’s needs and provide for it allows you feel a sense of ease and freedom around food and using your body in ways that make you feel good
