It’s the holidays and even though it should be a time of cheer we often got bogged down by the stress of it all. More things to do and think about often means less time to take care of ourselves and our own needs. We don’t anything else on our to-do list, so we find ourselves not making time for the things that keep us healthy and happy.
However, stress relief doesn’t have to be something that takes a bunch of time and feel like just another thing we need to to. It can be simple and only take a few minutes each day. To save you the time of trying to figure out what you should do each day to create a little more calmness in your life during the days leading up to Christmas, I created this list with something different to try each day, for 12 days.
Feel free to follow them in order each day or mix it up and do whichever one feels good each day.
