With the fall and winter holidays kicking off with Halloween in the coming weeks, do you worry that you’re healthy habits will inevitably be lost and forgotten? Are thoughts of candies and treats that often go hand in hand with the holidays already tempting you to forget about staying on track with your nutritious eating pattern until the new year rolls around? Just because the holidays have arrived and there are more Halloween treats available doesn’t mean those fun foods have to set you back in you goals.
